Sentinel Group Returns Policy

Sentinel Group are commited to making your online purchasing experience great!

If you wish to return an item you have purchased online please contact us on 1800 776 565 or click here to email in order to obtain a Returns Authority [RA] number. This is required so we can process your request properly.

A restocking fee may be charged on goods incorrectly ordered by you and on broken packs. Unfortunately, due to their nature, we cannot accept returns of Made To Order products or non-stock items.


When You Return Items

  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • An original Sentinel Group Tax Invoice or copy Tax Invoice is to be returned with the goods.
  • Please ensure the Returns Authority (R A)  number you obtained is clearly marked on the return.

We will examine the items returned promptly and contact you to arrange replacement items or a credit to your account.
